Items purchased will be couriered within 3 - 5 business days for West Malaysia, and 3 - 8 business day for East Malaysia (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) upon order payment confirmation. Parcels will arrive within 3 working days from the day of shipping.
Orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Kindly track your delivery status to avoid any missunderstanding.
Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Lavigato MALAYSIA will not be responsible for orders signed for by someone other than the designated recipient.
If you find that items are damaged upon delivery, please report to Customer Service on the same day or within 3 working days with supporting evidence and your Invoice number. Reimbursement is subjected to the courier company's discretion.
